Amos Goren, Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Goren is currently a venture partner at Apax Partners, an independent global private equity advisory firm. He focuses primarily on medical device and biotechnology, and is on the boards of Astex Therapeutics (UK), Cadent Holdings (US/Israel) and Procognia (UK/Israel). Between 2003 and 2006, he headed the firm's European Healthcare practice. Prior to joining Apax, Mr. Goren was the CEO of AquaPharm Technologies, a US-based, venture backed drug delivery company, and Vice President of Carmel Container Systems, a publicly-traded packaging manufacturing company. Mr. Goren received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business, an MSc. in Biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and a BSc. in biology from the Hebrew University.

Bill Densel, CEO
Mr. Densel's background includes over 18 years of commercialization experience of innovative medical devices. Prior to joining Dune, he was Vice President, Marketing, for the GYN Surgery division of Hologic Corporation. Also during his tenure at Hologic, he held executive responsibility for the management of the company's brain tumor radiation therapy business. He has held senior commercial roles at Boston Scientific and Genzyme Corporation.

Dan Hashimshony PhD, President & CTO, General Manager Dune Israel
Dr. Hashimshony is the founder of Dune and is heading its technology and manufacturing center in Israel. He has served as Chief Executive Officer until 2010. Prior to founding Dune he was the Chief Scientist of X-Technologies, where he led the development of a miniature X-ray catheter device for radiation therapy. The company was later acquired by Guidant Corp. Prior to that he held a senior R&D position at SELA Semiconductors, focusing on the creations of novel devices for remote sensing of semiconductor properties using terahertz technology. Dan holds a Ph.D. in physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Dr. S. Morry Blumenfeld, Director.
Dr. Blumenfeld is currently a partner in Meditech Advisors, the General Partner of Ziegler Meditech Equity Partners, a private equity fund specializing in medical device companies. He is a former Managing Director of GE Medical Systems, Israel. Dr. Blumenfeld currently serves on the External Advisory Board of AMIGO (the Advanced Multimodality Image Guided Operating room) at the Harvard Medical School, the Scientific Advisory Board of the Ontario Consortium for Image-Guided Therapy and Surgery, and the Imaging Research Centre for Cardiac Intervention (IRCCI) at the University of Toronto. He has been appointed to the Board of Governors of the Hebrew University as well as to the Board of Directors of Yissum, the Hebrew University's Technology Transfer Company. He serves on the boards of several medical device companies, including InSightec, MAKO Surgical, Oridion, Aposense and ONI Medical.

Daniel J. Levangie, Director.
Mr. Levangie currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Dental. Before joining Keystone Dental, he was Managing Partner of Constitution Medical Investors, Inc. Mr. Levangie served as President, Surgical Products Division, and as Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Cytyc Corporation, from July 2006 through October 2008, when Cytyc Corporation was acquired by Hologic, Inc. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of HyperMed, Inc. and ev3, Inc. In addition, Mr. Levangie serves on the advisory board of the Barnett Institute at Northeastern University and as a Trustee of Excel Academy Charter School.

Dr. Guy Shinar, Director.
Dr. Shinar is a medical device entrepreneur. He is a co-founder and director in EarlySense Ltd., which develops contactless vital sign monitoring systems. He is the former President and CEO of X-Technologies Inc., an interventional cardiology company that was sold to Guidant Corp. in 2003. Guy holds a Ph. D. in physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
